Base Jack
The present invention relates to a base jack, which is provided at the lower part of a jack support (100) to maintain a first height when it is required to support a vertical height and lower to a second height lower than the first height when it is required to demolish or dismantle the jack support (100). The base jack comprises: an upper flange (210) for supporting the lower end of the jack support (100); a tubular upper pipe (220) which is coupled to the upper flange (210); a tubular lower pipe (230) which is provided to enable the outside of the upper pipe (220) to be inserted; a lower flange (240) which is provided to be coupled to the lower pipe (230) and have one side supported by the bottom surface; and a weight support pin (250) which is installed to penetrate the upper pipe (220) and the side of the lower pipe (230). According to the present invention, it is possible to be provided at the lower part of the jack support and easily demolish or dismantle the jack support by lowering to the second height lower than the first height when it is desired to demolish or dismantle the jack support while maintaining the first height when it is desired to support the vertical height.
본 발명은, 잭 서포트(100)의 하부에 구비되어 수직 하중을 지지해야 하는 경우에는 제1 높이를 유지하게 하다가, 상기 잭 서포트(100)를 철거하거나 해체해야 하는 경우에는 상기 제1 높이보다 낮은 제2 높이로 낮아지게 하는 장치로서, 잭 서포트(100)의 하단을 지지하기 위한 상부플랜지(210)와, 상기 상부플랜지(210)에 결합된 관형의 상부파이프(220)와, 상기 상부파이프(220)의 외측이 끼워질 수 있게 구비된 관형의 하부파이프(230)와, 상기 하부파이프(230)에 결합되고 일측이 바닥면에 지지되어지도록 구비된 하부플랜지(240)와, 상기 상부파이프(220)와 상기 하부파이프(230)의 측부를 관통하여 설치되는 하중지지핀(250)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베이스 잭에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 잭 서포트의 하부에 구비되어 수직 하중을 지지해야 하는 경우에는 제1 높이를 유지하게 하다가, 상기 잭 서포트를 철거하거나 해체해야 하는 경우에는 상기 제1 높이보다 낮은 제2 높이로 낮아지게 하여 잭 서포트의 철거나 해체를 용이하게 할 수 있다.
