The present invention relates to a flooring material with a coating layer having excellent flame retardant performance. The flooring material of the present invention comprises a coating layer formed of a flame retardant coating composition including an acrylate monomer, a urethane acrylate oligomer, a phosphorus flame retardant, a carbonizing agent, a blowing agent, and a urushiol mixture, so that the flooring material not only has excellent flame retardant efficacy but also has excellent fire resistance and insulation properties, to prevent flames from occurring or spreading to buildings or building interior and exterior materials. In addition, the coating layer of the flooring material of the present invention comprises urushiol, which is the main antibacterial component of lacquer, to provide excellent antibacterial properties to coated wood, thereby providing flame-retardant wood that is resistant to fungi and mold.
본 발명은 방염 성능이 우수한 코팅층이 형성된 마루 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 마루 바닥재는 아크릴레이트 모노머, 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머, 인계 방염제, 탄화제, 발포제 및 우루시올 혼합물을 포함하는 방염 코팅 조성물로 형성된 코팅층을 포함함으로써, 방염 효능이 탁월할 뿐만 아니라 내화성 및 단열성이 뛰어나고, 이를 통해 건축물 또는 건축 내외장재에 화염이 발생하거나 번지는 것을 막을 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 마루 바닥재의 코팅층에는 옻칠의 주된 항균 성분인 우루시올이 포함되어 있어, 코팅된 목재에 우수한 항균 성능을 부여하여 균류 및 곰팡이에 대하여 저항성을 갖는 방염 목재를 제공할 수 있다.
