본 발명은 방염 성능이 우수한 코팅층이 형성된 마루 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 마루 바닥재는 아크릴레이트 모노머, 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머, 인계 방염제 및 우루시올 혼합물을 포함하는 방염 코팅 조성물로 형성된 코팅층을 포함함으로써, 방염 효능이 탁월할 뿐만 아니라 내화성 및 단열성이 뛰어나고, 이를 통해 건축물 또는 건축 내외장재에 화염이 발생하거나 번지는 것을 막을 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 마루 바닥재의 코팅층에는 옻칠의 주된 항균 성분인 우루시올이 포함되어 있어, 코팅된 목재에 우수한 항균 성능을 부여하여 균류 및 곰팡이에 대하여 저항성을 갖는 방염 목재를 제공할 수 있다.
