Lightweight structure made of composite material
Disclosed is a lightweight structure made of composite materials, which comprises: an upper plate made of metal; a lower plate made of metal arranged at a predetermined distance from the upper plate; and a multi-structural material composed of a number of unit structural materials including a core layer formed between the upper and lower plates and formed of a non-foaming polymer, and a cross-sectional structure with a C shape, including a bending structure in which both ends along the width direction of the entire structure are bent downward.
금속 재질의 상판; 상판과 소정의 간격을 두고 이격하여 배치되는 금속 재질의 하판; 및 상판과 하판 사이에 형성되며 비발포성 폴리머로 형성되는 코어층을 포함하고, 전체 구조의 폭방향을 따른 양단이 하방으로 절곡되는 꺾임구조를 포함하여 'ㄷ'자 형상의 단면구조를 포함하는 유닛구조재가 폭방향으로 다수개 연속 배치되어 구성되는 멀티구조재를 포함하는, 복합소재로 제작된 경량 구조체가 개시된다.
