LIGHTWEIGHT STRUCTURE MADE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL
A lightweight structure made of a composite material is disclosed, the lightweight structure comprising: a metallic upper plate; a metallic lower plate disposed to be spaced a predetermined gap apart from the upper plate; and a multi-structural material including a core layer formed between the upper plate and the lower plate and made of non-foaming polymer, and including a bending structure in which both ends along the width direction of the entire structure are bent downward, thereby allowing a plurality of unit structural bodies each including a 'ㄷ' shaped cross-sectional structure to be arranged sequentially in the width direction.
L'invention concerne une structure légère constituée d'un matériau composite, la structure légère comprenant : une plaque supérieure métallique ; une plaque inférieure métallique disposée de façon à être espacée d'un espace prédéfini à distance de la plaque supérieure ; et un matériau multi-structural comprenant une couche centrale formée entre la plaque supérieure et la plaque inférieure et constituée d'un polymère non moussant, et comprenant une structure de flexion dans laquelle les deux extrémités le long de la direction de la largeur de la structure entière sont courbées vers le bas, ce qui permet à une pluralité de corps structuraux unitaires comprenant chacun une structure en coupe transversale en forme de 'ㄷ' d'être agencés séquentiellement dans la direction de la largeur.
