Waterproof Layer Protecting Material for Underground Structures
The present invention relates to a protection material for a waterproof layer of an underground structure, which can minimize infiltration of moisture and prevent damage to a waterproof layer caused by water, moisture, external pressure, and refilling when an underground structure is constructed. Therefore, the protection material for a waterproof layer of an underground structure can integrate a cover layer formed of a PE material and a shock-absorbing protection layer, thereby preventing the cover layer from being pushed out due to the pressure of earth and sand or consolidated settlement. Accordingly, the protection material for a waterproof layer of an underground structure can improve insulation effect, constructability, and economic feasibility while reinforcing protection performance on the underground structure. The protection material for a waterproof layer of an underground structure includes: the shock-absorbing protection layer (10) absorbing impact by being attached to the waterproof layer (110) constructed on an outer wall (100) of the underground structure; the cover layer (20) including a waterproof function by being formed of the PE material and integrated by being bonded to the surface of the shock-absorbing protection layer (10) by an adhesive; an attachment layer (30) applied to the rear surface of the shock-absorbing protection layer (10) so that the shock-absorbing protection layer (10) is attached to the waterproof layer (110); and release paper (40) separably attached to the attachment layer (30) so that the attachment layer (30) is not exposed to the outside before use.
본 발명은 지하구조물을 시공할 때 물이나 습기, 외압, 되메우기 등에 의한 방수층의 훼손을 방지함과 아울러 수분 침투를 최소화하되, PE 재질의 커버층과 완충보호층을 일체화함으로써 토사의 압력이나 압밀침하에 따른 커버층의 밀림이 발생하지 않도록 하여 지하구조물에 대한 보호성능을 강화시키면서 단열효과와 시공성 및 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 지하구조물용 방수층 보호재에 관한 것으로, 지하구조물의 외벽(100)에 시공된 방수층(110)에 부착되어 충격을 흡수하는 완충보호층(10); PE 재질로 형성되어 방수기능을 구비하며 접착제에 의해 상기 완충보호층(10)의 표면에 접착되어 일체화되는 커버층(20); 상기 완충보호층(10)이 방수층(110)에 부착되도록 상기 완충보호층(10)의 이면에 도포되는 부착층(30); 및 사용전에 상기 부착층(30)이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 상기 부착층(30)에 분리가능하게 부착되는 이형지(40);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
