Waterproof Layer Protecting Material for Underground Structures and Manufacturing Method Thereof
The present invention relates to a waterproof layer protecting material for an underground structure and a method for manufacturing the same. With the present invention, damage to a waterproof layer attributable to water, humidity, external pressure, reburial, and the like can be prevented during underground structure construction. In addition, moisture permeation can be minimized. A woven layer is interposed between a cover layer and a buffer protective layer, and thus binding force improvement can be achieved. As a result, the cover layer is not pushed by soil pressure or dense sinking, and thus insulation performance, buildability, and economic advantages can be improved. The waterproof layer protecting material for an underground structure includes a hard cover layer (10) having buffer and waterproof functions; a buffer protective layer (30) foamed for internal pore formation and attached to the cover layer (10); an attachment layer (40) applied to the buffer protective layer (30) so as to be attached to a waterproof layer() built on the outer wall of the underground structure; and release paper (50) separably attached to the attachment layer (40) so that the attachment layer (40) is not exposed to the outside. A woven layer (35) formed of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is attached to the outer surface of the buffer protective layer (30) so that a binding force is improved with respect to the cover layer (10).
본 발명은 지하구조물을 시공할 때 물이나 습기, 외압, 되메우기 등에 의한 방수층의 훼손을 방지함과 아울러 수분 침투를 최소화하되, 커버층과 완충 보호층 사이에 우븐층을 개재하여 결합력을 향상시킴으로써 토사의 압력이나 압밀침하에 따른 커버층의 밀림이 발생하지 않도록 하여 지하구조물에 대한 보호성능을 강화시키면서 단열효과와 시공성 및 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 지하구조물용 방수층 보호재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 지하구조물용 방수층 보호재는, 완충기능과 방수기능을 구비하는 경질의 커버층(10)과; 내부에 공극이 형성되도록 발포 처리되며 상기 커버층(10)에 부착되는 완충 보호층(30)과; 지하구조물의 외벽에 시공된 방수층()에 부착되도록 상기 완충 보호층(30)에 도포되는 부착층(40)과; 상기 부착층(40)이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 상기 부착층(40)에 분리가능하게 부착되는 이형지(50);를 포함하고, 상기 커버층(10)과의 결합력을 향상시키기 위하여 상기 완충 보호층(30)의 외표면에 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 재질의 우븐층(35);이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
