The present invention relates to an arch brick for cement clinker used in a rotary kiln. More specifically, the present invention relates to the arch brick having a chamfer to prevent damage to the arch brick by alkaline salts and the rotary kiln for cement clinker having the same. The chamfered arch brick for cement clinker according to the present invention is a porous arch brick having a use surface and four side surfaces adjacent to the use surface. The chamfered arch brick includes a chamfered surface formed between the use surface and at least one of the side surfaces adjacent to the use surface. In another aspect of the present invention, the rotary kiln for cement clinker including a chamfered arch lining is provided. The rotary kiln including a chamfered arch lining has a steel body and a lining including a chamfered arch lining arranged inside the body. The arch brick for cement clinker having a chamfer according to the present invention, when used in the lining of the rotary kiln, provides a buffer space by the chamfer to prevent the surface of the used surface from being peeled off due to the penetration of alkaline salts, thereby extending the life of the arch lining.
본 발명은 회전로(rotary kiln)에 사용되는 시멘트 클링커용 아치 연와에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 알카리 염에 의한 아치 연와의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 챔퍼를 구비한 아치 연와 및 이를 구비한 시멘트 클링커용 로터리 킬른에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 시멘트 클링커용 챔퍼 아치 연와는 사용면과 상기 사용면과 인접하는 네 개의 측면을 구비하는 다공질 아치 연와이다. 챔버 아치 연와는 상기 사용면과 상기 인접하는 측면들 중 적어도 하나의 측면 사이에 형성된 챔퍼면을 포함한다. 본 발명의 다른 측면에 있어서, 라이닝에 챔퍼 아치 연와를 포함하는 시멘트 클링커용 로터리 킬른이 제공된다. 챔퍼 아치 연와를 포함하는 로터리 킬른은 강철재 통체와, 상기 통체의 내부에 배치된 챔퍼 아치 연와를 포함하는 라이닝을 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 챔퍼를 구비한 시멘트 클링커용 아치 연와는, 로터리 킬른의 라이닝에 사용될 경우, 챔버에 의한 완충 공간을 제공하여 알카리염의 침투에 의한 사용면 표면의 박리 현상을 방지하여, 아치 연와의 수명을 연장할 수 있다.
