The invention provides a calcium aluminate cement clinker and alumina cement clinker production method and a swing kiln. The swing kiln comprises a kiln body and sealing assemblies, the kiln body is provided with at least one sealing hole, one ends of burners face the sealing holes, and the kiln body is provided with matching holes at two opposite sides close to each sealing hole. Each sealing assembly comprises a first sealing plate connected with the corresponding burner, the first sealing plates are connected with the kiln body in a sliding mode, and each sealing assembly further comprisesat least one second sealing plate and at least one third sealing plate which are arranged on the two opposite sides of the corresponding first sealing plate and connected with the first sealing plate.The second sealing plates and the third sealing plates are matched with the matching holes respectively, so that when the kiln body is in a swinging state, the second sealing plates and the third sealing plates stretch out and draw back in a reciprocating mode in the matching holes, and the sealing holes are not communicated with the outside. By means of the mode, the swing kiln can increase theheating area of raw materials, and then the production efficiency of the raw materials is improved.
