본 발명은 복층유리의 제조장치 및 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 복층유리의 제조장치는 내측유리 또는 외측유리를 이룰 수 있는 설정 두께의 제1 유리 및 제2 유리를 제어신호에 의해 설정된 순서로 공급하는 내,외측 유리 공급부; 상기 내,외측 유리 공급부에 의해 공급된 제1 유리 및 제2 유리를 세척 및 건조시키는 제1 세척 및 건조부; 상기 제1 유리 및 제2 유리에 비하여 상대적으로 두께가 얇은 중간유리를 제어신호에 의해 공급하는 중간유리 공급부; 상기 중간유리 공급부에 의해 공급된 중간유리를 세척 및 건조시키는 제2 세척 및 건조부; 상기 제1 세척 및 건조부에 의해 세척 및 건조된 제1 유리 및 제2 유리와, 상기 제2 세척 및 건조부에 의해 세척 및 건조된 중간유리를 선택적으로 이송시키는 이송부; 상기 이송부에 의해 이송된 유리들 중, 제1 유리 또는 제2 유리 중 하나의 유리 일면과, 중간유리의 일면에 티피에스 간봉을 도포하는 티피에스 간봉 도포부; 상기 티피에스 간봉 도포부를 통과한 유리들의 표면에 묻은 이물질 유무를 검사하는 검사부; 및 상기 검사부를 통과한 유리들 중, 제1 유리와 중간유리, 제1 유리 및 중간유리와 제2 유리를 합착하는 합착부를 포함하고, 그 제조방법은 제1 유리와 제2 유리, 그리고 제1 유리 및 제2 유리와 두께가 다른 중간유리는 각각 별도로 공급부를 통해 공급하여 별도의 압력으로 다른 세척 및 건조부에서 세척 및 건조시킨 후 이들 유리를 인-라인 이송하면서 합착하여 제조한다.

The present invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing multilayer glass, the device for manufacturing multilayer glass comprising: an inner and outer glass supply part for supplying first glass and second glass with set thickness, which can constitute inner glass or outer glass, in order set by a control signal; a first washing and drying part for washing and drying the first glass and the second glass supplied by the inner and outer glass supply part; an intermediate glass supply part for supplying intermediate glass thinner than the first glass and the second glass according to a control signal; a second washing and drying part for washing and drying the intermediate glass supplied by the intermediate glass supply part; a transport part for selectively transporting the first glass and the second glass, which have been washed and dried by the first washing and drying part, and the intermediate glass, which has been washed and dried by the second washing and drying part; a TPS spacer rod application part for applying TPS spacer rods to one surface of glass of the first glass and the second glass and one surface of the intermediate glass among the glass transported by the transport part; an inspection part for inspecting whether foreign materials adhere to the surface of the glass having passed through the TPS spacer rod application part; and a bonding part for bonding the first glass and the intermediate glass, and the first glass, the intermediate glass and the second glass among the glass having passed through the inspection part. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: separately supplying first glass, second glass and intermediate glass having thickness different from the thickness of the first glass and the second glass through respective supply parts; washing and drying the first glass, the second glass and the intermediate glass in different washing and drying parts at different pressures; and manufacturing multilayer glass by bonding the glass while transporting the glass in line. Therefore, provided are a device and a method for manufacturing multilayer glass, wherein productivity can be improved greatly.
