주차 지원 장치(1)는, 자차량(V)의 외측에 위치하는 유저가 휴대하는 단말(SK)과 통신하기 위한 안테나(TA)를 내장한 도어 핸들(DH)과, 상기 도어 핸들(DH)이 상기 도어 패널(DP) 내에 격납된 제 1 상태로부터, 상기 도어 핸들(DH) 중 상기 안테나(TA)가 내장된 부위가 상기 도어 패널의 외측으로 돌출한 제 2 상태로 이행시키는 액추에이터(AC), 를 포함하는 격납식 도어 핸들 장치(HA)를 구비한 자차량(V)에 탑재된다. 주차 지원 장치(1)는, 상기 안테나를 이용하여 상기 단말(SK)과 통신하고, 당해 통신 결과에 관한 소정의 조건이 만족시켜진 경우에, 주차 스팟(PS)으로 자차량(V)을 입고시키는 입고 제어 또는 상기 주차 스팟(PS)으로부터 자차량(V)을 출고시키는 출고 제어를 실행하는 프로세서(10)를 구비한다. 상기 프로세서(10)는, 상기 입고 제어 및/또는 상기 출고 제어를 실행하는 경우에 상기 도어 핸들(DH)을 상기 제 2 상태로 이행시킨다.
A parking assist device including a retractable door handle device that includes a door handle with a built-in antenna used for a communication with a terminal carried by a user positioned outside a host vehicle and an actuator that causes the door handle to transition from a first state to a second state, the parking assist device comprising a processor that is configured to communicate with the terminal using the antenna, and that is configured to execute entry control for allowing the host vehicle to enter a parking spot or exit control for allowing the host vehicle to exit from the parking spot when a predetermined condition related to a communication result is met, wherein the processor causes the door handle to transition to the second state when executing the entry control or the exit control.
