경량화를 도모하면서, 충분한 패널 강성이 확보되고, 또한 양호한 보행자 보호 성능이 확보되어 안전성이 향상된 차량용 후드를 제공한다. 차량에 설치되는 차량용 후드(100)이며, 차량의 외측을 구성하는 아우터 패널(11)과, 아우터 패널(11)의 내측에 마련되는 이너 패널(13)과, 이너 패널(13)에 마련되어, 차량의 전방부에 마련된 로크 기구에 걸림 결합되는 로크 부재(15)와, 이너 패널(13)에 마련되어, 이너 패널(13)에 있어서의 로크 부재(15)가 설치된 로크부(30)를 보강하는 로크 보강재(17)를 구비하고, 로크 보강재(17)는, 아우터 패널(11)에 접합하는 지지부(51A, 51B)를 갖는다.
The invention provides an engine hood for a vehicle, which is light in weight, ensures sufficient tensile rigidity, ensures good pedestrian protection performance and improves safety. A hood (100) for a vehicle, which is attached to a vehicle, is provided with: an outer plate (11) that constitutes the outside of the vehicle; an inner plate (13) provided on the inside of the outer plate (11); a lock member (15) that is provided to the inner panel (13) and that engages with a lock mechanism provided to the front of the vehicle; and a lock reinforcement (17) provided in the inner plate (13) and reinforcing a lock portion (30) of the inner plate (13) to which the lock member (15) is attached, the lock reinforcement (17) having support portions (51A, 51B) that engage with the outer plate (11).
