FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction, specifically to stabilizing additives used in making crushed-mastic asphalt concrete. Stabilizing additive for macadam-mastic asphalt concrete, comprising structure-forming agent in form of fibers from cellulose-paper wastes and binder, where pulp and paper wastes are ground to specific surface area of 500 m/kg with simultaneous fluffening, and binder used is a mixture of cationic bitumen emulsion class 2 and waste synthetic machine oil in following ratio of components, wt. %: cellulose-paper wastes 85, cationic bitumen emulsion 2 of class 9, waste synthetic machine oil 6.EFFECT: technical result is high compression strength at 50 °C and at 20 °C, crack resistance, shear resistance, reduced water saturation and flow characteristics of the binder.1 cl, 1 ex, 3 tbl
