FIELD: sanitation equipment.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sanitary equipment. Method consists in mixing cold and hot water in a mixing chamber with its subsequent outlet to a consumer. Cold water inlets are located at the periphery of the hot water aperture, and all the inlet openings are of an arbitrary shape, with partial overlapping, or not complete, or complete their overlapping by the piston when applying force to it, at the outlet water receives a change in its pressure and temperature. Device comprises a mixing chamber with inlet and outlet water holes formed by the inner surface of the cylinder and a piston groove. Each right and left of the cavities formed between the end surfaces of the piston, the inner end surfaces of the cylinder and its inner cylindrical surface, it is connected by a pipeline through a direct and non-return valves with a bellows containing a pedal.
