FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to deep foundations for buildings and structures on any soil, including flooded soils. Method of constructing deep foundations includes the construction of the lower and upper parts. For the construction of the lower part, a borehole is drilled into which a rotating injector head is lowered at least once, through which a cement slurry is pumped at a pressure of 200–600 atmospheres to form a primer-cement pile of a given diameter, into which the vibrator drives the reinforcement frame to the calculated depth, leaving the upper part of the reinforcement frame above the wellhead as an anchoring protruding bar for anchoring the lower part to the upper part. Similarly, a square grid of soil-cement piles adjoining each other is formed, after which, in the middle of each group of four soil-cement piles, an additional soil-cement pile is formed in the same way to create a lower monolithic soil-cement part. Then, above the resulting monolithic soil-cement part, an upper reinforced concrete part is built, connecting it to the lower part by means of anchoring protruding bars of the reinforcement frame, the area of the sole of the upper part circumscribing the sectional area of the lower part.EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of using the foundation by providing a greater bending moment and lateral force.2 cl, 3 dwg
