FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: sound absorbing design includes the third sound absorbing layer made out of foamed sound absorbing material in form of the construction sealing foam, and is located in voids made between the first and the second layers. The external perforated wall is rigidly connected with the second layer by means of the perpendicular to it vertical securing elements in form of the plates, one end of them is rigidly secured on the external perforated wall, and second end is made in form of a clamp enclosing the rod, and its compression screw.EFFECT: increased efficiency of noise absorption at low and medium frequencies.4 cl, 1 dwg

Внешняя перфорированная стенка жестко связана со вторым слоем посредством перпендикулярных к ней вертикальных крепежных элементов в виде пластин, один конец которых жестко закреплен на внешней перфорированной стенке, а второй конец выполнен в виде хомута, охватывающего стержень, и стягивающего его винта.
