DEVICE FOR STREETS SWEEPING AND SNOW REMOVAL
FIELD: cleaning equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sweeping-cleaning machinery and can be used for sweeping roadways, streets and squares. Device for sweeping of roads and removal of snow is equipped with brush (1) with scraper (2), which is put on handle (4). Handle is equipped with a support-movable mechanism. Brush (1) is provided with scraper (2) located on the opposite side. At the bottom part of handle (4) there is fixed a removable wheel with telescopic bar and a spring damper. Handle itself has a circular cross-section and freely rotates inside the sockets for removable wheel and inside the support socket. Place of attachment of the socket for the removable wheel and the height of a telescopic prop changes and depends on the pressing force value. Place of support socket attachment on handle (4) varies and depends on the operator body height. Width of brush (1) and scraper (2) depends on the width of the field of operations, and is equal to 0.5÷1.5 m. There is provided cost-effectiveness and efficiency of street sweeping and snow removal. Labour productivity during sweeping and snow removal with the help of this device is 3÷4 times higher than during sweeping with a conventional broom.EFFECT: device does not generate noise as is a simple mechanical device.4 cl, 5 dwg
Изобретение относится к подметально-уборочной технике и может быть использовано для подметания проезжей части дорог, улиц и площадей. Устройство для подметания улиц и уборки снега имеет щетку (1) со скребком (2), которая надевается на черенок (4). Черенок имеет опорно-передвижной механизм. Щетка (1) с противоположной стороны снабжена скребком (2). На черенке (4) внизу закреплено съемное колесо с телескопической стойкой и пружинным амортизатором. Сама рукоятка имеет круглое поперечное сечение и свободно вращается внутри патрубков для съемного колеса и упорного патрубка. Место закрепления патрубка для съемного колеса и высота телескопической стойки меняется и зависит от величины прижимного усилия. Место закрепления упорного патрубка на черенке (4) меняется и зависит от роста оператора. Ширина щетки (1) и скребка (2) зависит от ширины фронта работ и равна 0,5÷1,5 м. Обеспечивается экономичность и эффективность подметания улиц и уборки снега. Производительность труда при подметании и уборки снега этим устройством в 3÷4 раза выше, чем при подметании обычным веником.
