Технический результат, достигаемый изобретением, заключается в увеличении надежности за счет обеспечения защиты фрезерного рабочего органа от ударов о препятствия, увеличения эффективности работы в условиях грунтов, насыщенных корнями древесно-кустарниковой растительности, и уплотненных связных почв, снижения массы и габаритов машины, за счет того, что на раме жестко закреплен кожух-рыхлитель для защиты фрезы-метателя от ударов о препятствия и предварительного рыхления почвы, снабженный двумя окнами для выброса грунта, и установлены три черенковых ножа под тупым углом вхождения в почву. 2 ил.
