FOREST FIRE GROUND THROWER
FIELD: forestry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of forestry, in particular to devices designed for the prevention and extinguishing of forest ground fires with a directed flow of soil. The forest fire ground-throwing machine contains a frame with a linkage mechanism, a casing-ripper, support wheels, a multistage rotor-thrower driven by a hydraulic motor, a working body for preparing the soil for movement towards the edge of the fire. The multistage rotor-thrower is mounted on the horizontal axis of rotation above the soil surface level and is equipped with radial blades, displaced along a helical line at each subsequent stage and adjustable in terms of the angle of installation relative to the radial position. The working body for preparing the soil for movement towards the edge of the fire is made in the form of a U-shaped bracket with a ploughshare, along the edges and in the center of which inclined cutting knives are installed, and a lifting tray, inclined to the horizon at an angle less than the angle of friction of the soil against steel.EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of extinguishing a forest bottom fire due to the complete supply of the soil shaft simultaneously to all radial blades of the multistage rotor-thrower.1 cl, 3 dwg
Изобретение относится к области лесного хозяйства, в частности к устройствам, предназначенным для профилактики и тушения лесных низовых пожаров направленным потоком почвогрунта. Технический результат – повышение эффективности тушения лесного низового пожара за счет полной подачи почвенного вала одновременно ко всем радиальным лопаткам многоступенчатого ротора-метателя. Лесопожарная грунтометательная машина содержит раму с механизмом навески, кожух-рыхлитель, опорные колеса, многоступенчатый ротор-метатель с приводом от гидромотора, рабочий орган для подготовки почвогрунта к перемещению в сторону кромки огня. Многоступенчатый ротор-метатель установлен на горизонтальной оси вращения выше уровня поверхности почвы и снабжен радиальными лопатками, размещенными со смещением по винтовой линии на каждой последующей ступени и регулируемыми по углу установки относительно радиального положения. Рабочий орган для подготовки почвогрунта к перемещению в сторону кромки огня выполнен в виде U-образной скобы с лемехом, по краям и по центру которой установлены наклонные черенковые ножи, и лотка-подъемника, наклоненного к горизонту на угол менее угла трения почвы о сталь. 3 ил.
