STEEL TRUSS OF ENHANCED SURVIVABILITY
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: truss consists of an upper and a lower belts interconnected by a grid. A distinctive feature of the construction is the presence of an additional horizontal rod, grippers located on the extreme braces of the truss, shorts at the nodes of the lower belt and brackets equipped with springs. The additional rod contains supports welded in pairs - one pair opposite each of the shorts, and light clamps. With the help of compression springs, it is pressed against the grippers and limited by the lightweight clamps by displacement from the plane of the truss.EFFECT: prevention of the truss collapse in case of local destruction of one of the rods or middle nodes of the lower belt with possible emergency action.7 dwg

Технический результат - предупреждение обрушения фермы в случае локального разрушения одного из стержней или средних узлов нижнего пояса при возможном аварийном воздействии. Ферма состоит из верхнего и нижнего поясов, соединенных между собой решеткой. Отличительной особенностью конструкции является наличие дополнительного горизонтального стержня, захватов, расположенных на крайних раскосах фермы, коротышей в узлах нижнего пояса и кронштейнов, оборудованных пружинами. Дополнительный стержень содержит упоры, приваренные попарно - по одной паре напротив каждого из коротышей, и легкие хомуты. С помощью пружин сжатия он прижимается к захватам и ограничивается облегченными хомутами по смещениям из плоскости фермы. 7 ил.
