METHOD OF CONDENSATE REMOVING FROM THE APARTMENT BUILDING CHIMNEY
FIELD: heat exchange.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used to drain condensate from a collective chimney pipe. Method of condensate removal from the apartment building flue by connecting a collective chimney pipe to individual flues and a sewer riser. On each floor of the apartment building, the collective chimney pipe is additionally supplied with a spiral duct turn, which is welded in to its internal surface. Spiral duct each turn lower end is connected to a sewer pipe trough through the hole in the collective chimney pipe by means of a diverting branch pipe. At that, the diverting branch pipe is connected with a slope towards the sewer riser.EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the condensate removing efficiency from the chimneys and flue gases, increasing the chimney durability, reducing labour costs during the apartment buildings flues servicing.1 cl, 1 dwg

Технический результат - повышение эффективности удаления конденсата из дымовых труб и дымовых газов, повышение долговечности дымовой трубы, уменьшение трудозатрат при обслуживании дымоходов многоквартирных домов. Способ удаления конденсата из дымохода многоквартирного дома путем соединения трубы коллективного дымохода с индивидуальными квартирными дымоотводами и канализационным стояком. На каждом этаже многоквартирного дома трубу коллективного дымохода дополнительно снабжают витком спиралевидного желоба, который приваривают к ее внутренней поверхности. Нижний конец каждого витка спиралевидного желоба через отверстие в трубе коллективного дымохода с помощью отводящего патрубка соединяют с канализационным стояком.
