CONDENSATE REMOVAL DEVICE FROM THE APARTMENT BUILDING FLUE DUCT
FIELD: heat exchange.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the condensate removing device from the apartment building flue duct. Device of condensate removal from the apartment building flue duct including the collective chimney pipe connected to individual apartment flues and a sewer riser. At that, on each floor of the apartment building, the collective chimney pipe is additionally supplied with a spiral duct turn, welded in to its internal surface. At that, the spiral duct turn has an outlet through the opening in the collective chimney pipe and is connected to the sewer riser by means of the diverting branch pipe having a slope towards the sewer riser, which allows to the accumulated in the spiral duct turn condensate to flow into the sewer riser by gravity.EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the condensate removing efficiency from the chimneys and flue gases, increasing the chimney durability, reducing labour costs during the apartment buildings flues servicing, as well as a decreasing the material consumption and labour intensity during the condensate removal device manufacturing and installation.1 cl, 1 dwg
Изобретение относится к устройству для удаления конденсата из дымохода многоквартирного дома. Технический результат - повышение эффективности удаления конденсата из дымовых труб и дымовых газов, повышение долговечности дымовой трубы, уменьшение трудозатрат при обслуживании дымоходов многоэтажных домов, а также снижение материалоемкости и трудоемкости при изготовлении и монтаже устройства для удаления конденсата. Устройство для удаления конденсата из дымохода многоквартирного дома, включающее трубу коллективного дымохода, соединенную с индивидуальными квартирными дымоотводами и канализационным стояком. При этом на каждом этаже многоквартирного дома труба коллективного дымохода дополнительно снабжена витком спиралевидного желоба, приваренным к ее внутренней поверхности. При этом виток спиралевидного желоба имеет выход через отверстие в трубе коллективного дымохода и соединен с канализационным стояком с помощью отводящего патрубка, имеющего уклон в сторону канализационного стояка, который позволяет скопившемуся в витке спиралевидного желоба конденсату самотеком отводиться в канализационный стояк. 1 ил.
