METHOD OF ERECTING A BASE FOR A WELL CLUSTER ON PERMAFROST SOILS
FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in the construction and operation of oil, gas and gas condensate wells on permafrost soils. Method of erecting the base of a bush of wells on permafrost soils includes the construction of sites and drilling of production wells, the installation of a Christmas tree on wells. First, the main part of the site is poured onto 0.7÷1.0 m below the entire height of the site. Then, the production wells are drilled and the fountain reinforcement installed on the wells. They erect the pile foundation of the site by breaking up the axes of the pile field. Piles are dipped, cut and assembled, and headers are mounted. On mounted headers, I-bearing beams (a beam cage) and transverse traverses are laid to support the pipelines of the wellhead piping. Installation of support part of the overpass and the pouring of the remaining part of the well pad with a height of 0.7÷1.0 m to the level of the upper I-bearing beams with transverse traverses (beam cell).EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing area around the well, for performing geological and technical measures at the well, and reducing the labor intensity of the work.1 cl, 5 dwg
Изобретение относится к нефтяной и газовой промышленности и может быть использовано при возведении и эксплуатации нефтяных, газовых и газоконденсатных скважин на многолетнемерзлых грунтах. Способ возведения основания куста скважин на многолетнемерзлых грунтах включает сооружение площадок и бурение эксплуатационных скважин, установку на скважинах фонтанной арматуры. Сначала производят отсыпку основной части площадки на 0,7÷1,0 м ниже всей высоты площадки. Затем производят бурение эксплуатационных скважин и устанавливают на скважины фонтанную арматуру. Возводят свайное основание площадки путем разбивки осей свайного поля. Производят погружение свай, их срезку и монтаж оголовков и косынок. На смонтированные оголовки укладывают несущие двутавровые балки (балочную клетку) и поперечные траверсы для опирания трубопроводов обвязки устья скважины. Производят монтаж опорной части эстакады и отсыпку оставшейся части площадки куста скважин высотой 0,7÷1,0 м до уровня верха несущих двутавровых балок с поперечными траверсами (балочной клетки). Технический результат состоит в увеличении площади вокруг скважины, для проведения оперативных геолого-технических мероприятий на скважине, снижении трудоемкости проведения работ. 5 ил.
