To the top of the remaining side, a closing element is pivotally attached, covering the base and made in the form of a roof with side and end walls of the house, and a lateral expansion element in the form of an open rectangular box with the top removed and one of the lateral sides. Lower part of the box is pivotally attached to the base. Base, the closing element and the side expansion element have windows, and the base or side expansion element is provided with an entrance door. Expansion element is provided with hinges, through which a closing box-shaped unit is attached to it with the side and top edges removed. Its base is equal to the dimensions and is conjugate flush in the assembled state of the house with a lateral expansion element by rotating the block relative to the specified hinges installed in the lower part of its lateral face. Overhang of this roof has the shape of a visor, made with the possibility of overlapping the upper face of the closing box-shaped unit. Side and end walls are the walls of the second floor and have means of fixation in the form of protrusions associated with the walls of the first floor, which are the end walls of the base. Транспортный контейнер, трансформируемый в двухэтажный дом, выполнен в форме бруса с размерами, равными размеру контейнера в сложенном состоянии, и снабжен средствами крепления к транспортному средству. Контейнер содержит основание в виде открытой прямоугольной коробки с удаленной одной из боковых сторон. К верху оставшейся боковой стороны шарнирно прикреплен закрывающий элемент, охватывающий основание и выполненный в виде крыши с боковой и торцевыми стенками дома, и боковой расширительный элемент в виде открытой прямоугольной коробки с удаленными верхом и одной из боковых сторон. Нижняя часть коробки шарнирно прикреплена к основанию. Основание, закрывающий элемент и боковой расширительный элемент имеют окна, а основание или боковой расширительный элемент снабжены входной дверью. Расширительный элемент снабжен шарнирами, через которые к нему прикреплен замыкающий коробчатый блок со снятой боковой и верхней гранями. Между первым и вторым этажом установлено съемное горизонтальное перекрытие с размещенной в нем межэтажной лестницей. Замыкающий объемный коробчатый блок может быть выполнен в виде призмы с наклонной боковой гранью. Элементы первого и второго этажа снабжены прикрепленной мебелью и встроенными коммуникациями. Верх замыкающего объемного коробчатого блока и зона стыка основания и крыши могут быть снабжены водозащитными горизонтальными козырьками.
