PIPELINE PULLING METHOD IN HORIZONTAL WELL
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of main pipeline crossings by horizontal directional drilling. Additional pipe is welded to the head part of the pipeline being pulled, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the pipeline being pulled, but having less bending stiffness. From the head of the additional pipe, the pipeline is pulled from the head of the additional pipe to the drilled horizontal well with simultaneous expansion of the said well till the entire length of the additional pipe is out of the well; at the absence of inadmissible damages on the additional pipe the above pipe is cut off.EFFECT: technical result is wider field of use, as well as higher reliability of laying pipelines on crossings through natural and artificial obstacles.1 cl, 3 dwg
Изобретение относится к строительству переходов магистральных трубопроводов методом горизонтально-направленного бурения. Технический результат – в расширении области применения, а также в повышении надежности прокладки трубопроводов на переходах через естественные и искусственные преграды. К головной части протаскиваемого трубопровода приваривают дополнительную трубу, диаметр которой равен диаметру протаскиваемого трубопровода, но обладающую меньшей изгибной жесткостью. Протаскивают трубопровод, начиная с головной части дополнительной трубы, в заранее пробуренную горизонтальную скважину с одновременным расширением упомянутой скважины до выхода из скважины всей длины дополнительной трубы и при отсутствии на дополнительной трубе недопустимых повреждений упомянутую трубу отрезают. 3 ил.
