Pipeline internal pulling device and using method
The invention relates to the field of municipal pipeline engineering, in particular to a pipeline inward pulling device and a using method. The device comprises a hollow steel pipe A with spiral threads arranged on the outer wall of one end, and a plurality of hollow steel pipes B are sequentially arranged on the hollow steel pipe A; a steel wire rope sequentially passes through the hollow holes of the hollow steel pipe A and the hollow steel pipe B, passes through the center hole of the round disc at the pulling stress end part along the hollow round hole of the cone, and then passes through the round disc after the end part of each of the four branches is bent, so as to be firmly fixed with each fan-shaped blade respectively; a cone is arranged on the round disc, and fan-shaped blades are arranged on sliding groove holes in the side face of the cone; and a cross-shaped handle and a supporting rod are sequentially arranged on the hollow steel pipe B at the topmost part. The four fan-shaped blades slide along the side face of the cone, the fan-shaped blades on the four faces stretch out and draw back, and therefore the space for disassembling and tensioning is achieved, and the friction force between the fan-shaped blades and the inner walls of the pipelines is used for providing pulling force needed for tight extrusion between the pipelines.
本发明涉及市政管道工程领域,特别是涉及一种管道内拉装置及使用方法。该装置包括一端外壁设置有螺旋丝纹的中空钢管A,中空钢管A上依次设置若干个中空钢管B;钢丝绳依次通过中空钢管A和中空钢管B的中空孔内、沿圆锥体中空圆孔至拉受力端部位的圆形盘的中心孔穿过,穿过之后,用四个分支中的每个分支的端部弯折后穿过圆形盘,分别与每个扇形叶片进行固定牢固;圆形盘上设置圆锥体,圆锥体的侧面滑槽孔上设置扇形叶片;最顶部的中空钢管B上依次设置十字把手和支撑杆。本发明利用四片扇形叶片沿圆锥体侧面滑移,来实现四面扇形叶片伸缩所从而达到拆卸及张拉的空间,利用扇形叶片与管道内壁之间的摩擦力来提供管道间挤压紧密所需的拉力。
