FIELD: railway track superstructure.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the superstructure of the railway track, in particular to electrical insulating butt gaskets. The gasket contains a head, a neck and a base and follows the contour of the cross-section of the rail joint. The spacer is formed from a deformation-resistant support flat base and an elastic coating on the surfaces. The gasket is equipped with a resiliently movable insert. The edge of the insert protrudes above the gasket head. The insert is in contact with the wheels and with the support base. There is a layer of elastic cover between the insert and the base. Прокладка содержит головку, шейку и подошву и повторяет контур поперечного сечения рельсового стыка. Прокладка сформирована из стойкой к деформации опорной плоской основы и эластичного покрытия на поверхностях. Прокладка снабжена упруго-подвижной вставкой. Кромка вставки выступает над головкой прокладки. Вставка контактирует с колесами и с опорной основой. Между вставкой и основой проложен слой эластичного покрытия. При наезде колеса вставка проседает до уровня стыка, а при съезде возвращается в исходное положение.
