METHOD FOR ELIMINATING BLOCKAGES ON THE RAILWAY WITH THE HELP OF RUBBER-TYRED VEHICLES
FIELD: emergency solutions.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organization of emergency work on the railway, in particular to methods for eliminating blockages with the help of rubber-tyred machines. Before starting work to eliminate the blockage, several support points are arranged on the ground. A rack in the form of two diamond-shaped metal belts is mounted on the support point. The belts are connected to each other by braces and crossbars. Each crossbar is made in the form of a sheet of metal with a transverse slot. The sheet is attached to the belts. A traction device is equipped in the upper part of the rack. One end of the cable is equipped with several identical spherical hooks. Before starting work, the rack is tilted towards the wreckage. The other end of the cable is fixed to a large-sized chip. The first end of the cable is fixed to the crossbar. The rack is tilted in the opposite direction with the help of a rubber-tyred machine.EFFECT: destruction of railway network facilities decreases.1 cl, 3 dwg
Изобретение относится к области организации аварийных работ на железной дороге, в частности к способам ликвидации завалов при помощи машин на пневмоколесном ходу. Перед началом работ по ликвидации завала на земле обустраивают несколько точек опоры. На точке опоры монтируют стойку в виде двух ромбообразных металлических поясов. Пояса соединены между собой раскосами и поперечинами. Каждая поперечина выполнена в виде листа металла с поперечной прорезью. Лист прикреплен к поясам. В верхней части стойки оборудовано тягово-сцепное устройство. Один конец троса оборудован несколькими одинаковыми шарообразными зацепами. Перед началом работ стойку наклоняют в сторону обломка. Закрепляют другой конец троса за крупногабаритный обломок. Первый конец троса закрепляется за поперечину. Стойка наклоняется в противоположную сторону при помощи машины на пневмоколесном ходу. Уменьшаются разрушения объектов железнодорожной сети. 3 ил.
