RAILWAY CROSSING
FIELD: railway transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a construction of a railway crossing consisting of track plates for placing rails. The railway crossing, part of which consists of a plate installed on pre-stressed concrete sleepers placed perpendicular to the rails, placed and fastened in the plate at least in the middle parts thereof. The other part of the railway crossing is made by installing plates configured to be dismantled on top of the free sections of sleepers outside of said plate. All plates are fastened with the sleepers by means of profile connections formed by the mating surfaces thereof. The plate installed in the middle part of the rail-sleeper grid is installed on crushed stone ballast in the intersleeper space of the ballast bed, pre-cleaned to the level of the lower surface of the sleepers, and in the subsequent one filled with ballast crushed stone to the level of the ballast bed.EFFECT: creation of a railway crossing from track plates.3 cl, 6 dwg
Изобретение относится к конструкции железнодорожного переезда, состоящего из путевых плит для размещения рельсов. Железнодорожный переезд, часть которого состоит из плиты, установленной на размещенных перпендикулярно рельсам предварительно напряженных бетонных шпалах, размещенных и скрепленных в плите по крайней мере в их средних частях. Другая часть железнодорожного переезда выполнена установкой поверх свободных участков шпал за пределами указанной плиты, плит с возможностью демонтажа. Все плиты скреплены со шпалами посредствам профильных соединений, сформированных их сопрягаемыми поверхностями. Плита, установленная в средней части рельсошпальной решетки, установлена на щебеночный балласт в междушпальном пространстве балластной призмы, предварительно вычищенном до уровня нижней поверхности шпал и в последующем заполненном балластным щебнем до уровня балластной призмы. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 6 ил.
