A first shell extends upwardly from the base and the first shell partially surrounds the rifle when the rifle is positioned on the platform. A second shell provided and the second shell is removably coupled to the base. The second shell abuts the first shell to surround the rifle when the second shell is positioned on the base. In this way the rifle is inhibited from being removed from the platform.
