The shackle has a pivoting portion which passes through the through hole and moved toward the cavity. The locking member is slidably arranged in the sliding groove and limited by or separated from the locking portion of the shackle. The limiting set has a limiting member and a releasing member. The limiting member includes an entry slot, an embedded end, and an inclined surface. The limiting member is slidably arranged in the sliding groove. The releasing member is slidably arranged in the penetrating groove.
