CONCRETE SLAB FORMING METHOD
A method for fabricating a concrete slab upon a surface, the concrete slab having a final thickness and having, upon drying, a maximum dry density, the method including steps of providing a body of no-slump concrete, the no-slump concrete including a combination of aggregate and paste; dispensing the no-slump concrete upon the surface in an even depth layer which has an upper surface and includes an air volume, a portion of the paste residing at an upper surface of the even depth layer; removing a portion of the air volume from the no-slump concrete layer by compaction; trowel mulching the paste which resides at the upper surface; and trowel transporting the mulched paste horizontally over the upper surface to form a smooth concrete paste upper slab surface.
Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une dalle en béton sur une surface, ladite dalle de béton présentant une épaisseur finale et ayant, après séchage, une masse volumique sèche maximale. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : utiliser un corps de béton sec, ledit béton sec comprenant une combinaison de granulats et de pâte ; distribuer le béton sec sur la surface, sur une couche de profondeur régulière qui présente une surface supérieure et comprend un volume d'air, une partie de la pâte restant sur une surface supérieure de la couche de profondeur régulière ; éliminer par compactage une partie du volume d'air de la couche de béton sec ; lisser à la truelle la pâte restant sur la surface supérieure ; et transporter à la truelle la pâte lissée horizontalement au-dessus de la surface supérieure de façon à former une surface supérieure de dalle à base de pâte de béton lisse.
