MOUNTING CABIN FOR ARTICULATED VEHICLE
A mounting Cabin for Articulated Vehicle is disclosed. The device has a front frame and a rear frame, a vertically elongated pivot connecting the front frame with the rear frame. The two frames are rotatable in relation to each other. The pivot comprises a pivot pin, at least one front pivot arm extended from the front frame, at least one rear pivot arm extended from the rear frame, a mounting plate affixed to the top of the pivot pin and supporting a cabin, a support bearing installed at the bottom of the pivot pin and under the lowest joined pivot arm. The top front pivot arm has a front bracket extended upwardly at the adjacent part to the pivot joint. The top rear pivot arm has a rear bracket extended upwardly at the adjacent part to the pivot joint. Two brackets each have holes so that the lock pin can pass through the bracket. After passing through the bracket, the lock pin faces the lock collar which is installed at the pivot pin and has a pin receptor. The lock pin passes through the bracket and is inserted in the pin receptor of the lock collar. In this way, the cabin on the mounting plate can be fixed on either of the frames.
Cette invention concerne une cabine montée pour un véhicule articulé. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend un cadre avant, un cadre arrière, et un pivot allongé dans un sens vertical reliant le cadre avant au cadre arrière. Les deux cadres sont aptes à tourner l'un par rapport à l'autre. Ledit pivot comprend un axe de pivot, au moins un bras de pivot avant s'étendant à partir du cadre avant, au moins un bras de pivot arrière s'étendant à partir du cadre arrière, une plaque de montage fixée au-dessus de l'axe de pivot et supportant une cabine, un palier-support installé au niveau inférieur de l'axe de pivot et en-dessous du bras de pivot inférieur relié. Le bras de pivot supérieur avant présente un support avant s'étendant vers le haut au niveau de la partie adjacente au joint de pivot. Le bras de pivot supérieur arrière présente un support arrière s'étendant vers le haut au niveau de la partie adjacente au joint de pivot. Deux supports présentent des orifices permettant à une broche de verrouillage de traverser le support. Après avoir traversé le support, la broche de verrouillage est disposée face à un collier d'arrêt qui est disposé sur l'axe de pivot et qui présente un élément d'accueil de broche. Ladite broche de verrouillage traverse le support et elle est introduite dans l'élément d'accueil de broche du collier d'arrêt. Ceci permet de fixer sur n'importe quel cadre la cabine disposée sur la plaque de montage.
