Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Bestimmen des unberechtigten Eindringens durch eine Tür, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte aufweist: a) Bestimmen eines Bewegungsverlaufs der Tür in Abhängigkeit von der Zeit in allen drei Raumachsen durch eine Empfangs-und Auswerteeinrichtung mittels eines Bewegungssensors (10) in einem Aktiv-Modus; b) Bestimmen von Parametern in allen drei Raumachsen basierend auf dem durch den Bewegungssensor (10) bestimmten Bewegungsverlaufsder Tür in Abhängigkeit von der Zeit durch die Empfangs-und Auswerteeinrichtung (12), wobei die Empfangs-und Auswerteeinrichtung (12) bestimmt, dass ein unberechtigtes Eindringen an der Tür vorliegt, wenn der Ist-Wert des jeweiligen Parameters innerhalb eines in einer Speichereinrichtung (19) abgespeicherten zugeordneten Parameterbereichs für das unberechtigte Eindringen liegt; c) Bestimmen eines Öffnungswinkels der Tür durch die Empfangs-und Auswerteeinrichtung mittels eines Winkelmess-Sensors (11), wenn ein unberechtigtes Eindringen bestimmt ist; d) Vergleichen des Öffnungswinkels der Tür mit einem Schwellenwert für eine geschlossene Türdurch die Empfangs-und Auswerteeinrichtung; e) wobei die Empfangs-und Auswerteeinrichtung (12) bestimmt, dass die Tür geöffnet ist, wenn der Öffnungswinkel den Schwellenwert für die geschlossene Tür überschreitet und wobei die Empfangs-und Auswerteeinrichtung (12) ein Alarmsignal ausgibt, wenn die Tür geöffnet ist.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de détermination d'une intrusion par une porte. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) détermination par un dispositif de réception et d'évaluation, au moyen d'un capteur de mouvement (10) dans un mode actif, d'une courbe de mouvement de la porte en fonction du temps dans l'ensemble des trois axes de l'espace ; b) détermination par le dispositif de réception et d'évaluation (12), dans l'ensemble des trois axes de l'espace, de paramètres en se basant sur la courbe de mouvement de la porte en fonction du temps déterminée par le capteur de mouvement (10), le dispositif de réception et d'évaluation (12) déterminant l'existence d'une intrusion par la porte lorsque la valeur réelle du paramètre considéré se situe à l'intérieur d'une plage de paramètre associée à l'intrusion qui est mémorisée dans un dispositif de sauvegarde (19) ; c) détermination par le dispositif de réception et d'évaluation d'un angle d'ouverture de la porte, au moyen d'un capteur de mesure d'angle (11), lorsqu'une intrusion est déterminée ; d) comparaison par le dispositif de réception et d'évaluation de l'angle d'ouverture de la porte à une valeur seuil correspondant à une porte fermée ; e) détermination par le dispositif de réception et d'évaluation (12) que la porte est ouverte lorsque l'angle d'ouverture dépasse la valeur seuil correspondant à la porte fermée et émission d'un signal d'alarme par ledit dispositif de réception et d'évaluation (12) lorsque la porte est ouverte.
