Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines modularen Isolationselementes aus Kohlenstoff-Werkstoffen, bestehend aus zwei in einem Abstand zueinander angeordneten und plattenförmigen, runden oder ineinander gesteckten rohrförmigen Graphit- oder CFC-Elementen. Durch die Erfindung soll ein modulares Isolationselement aus Kohlenstoff-Werkstoffen mit geringer Wärmeleitfähigkeit geschaffen werden, welches besonders kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann und dass eine vergrößerte Standzeit aufweist. Erreicht wird das dadurch, dass der Zwischenraum zwischen dem Graphit- oder CFC-Elementen mit einem Isolationsmaterial, bestehend größtenteils mit Ruß zu einem thermisch isolierenden Kernelement zur Herstellung des Isolationselementes ausgefüllt wird.
The invention relates to a method for producing a modular insulation element from a carbon material, consisting of two tubular graphite or CFC elements which are arranged at a distance to each other and which are plate-shaped, round, or inserted into one another. The invention is to provide a modular insulation element made of a carbon material and having a low heat conductivity, said insulation element being particularly inexpensive to produce and having an increased service life. This is achieved in that the intermediate space between the graphite or CFC elements is filled with an insulation material, consisting for the most part of carbon black, so as to form a thermally insulating core element in order to produce the insulation element.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un élément d'isolation modulaire en matériaux de carbone, constitué de deux éléments en graphite ou renforcés de fibres de carbone, placés à distance l'un de l'autre et sous forme de plaques, ronds ou tubulaires emboîtés l'un dans l'autre. L'objectif de l'invention est de mettre au point un élément d'isolation modulaire en matériaux de carbone, possédant une faible conductivité thermique, pouvant être produit de manière particulièrement économique et présentant une durabilité accrue. Cet objectif est atteint par le fait que l'espace intermédiaire entre les éléments en graphite ou renforcés de fibres de carbone est rempli d'un matériau d'isolation, constitué en majeure partie de noir de carbone pour former un élément central thermo-isolant afin de produire l'élément d'isolation.
