CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR STACKING UNIT BODY STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE HOUSE
Disclosed is a construction method for stacking a unit body structure of a concrete house. The method can significantly improve durability as well as securely supporting ability of unit body concrete structures which are stacked in multi layers by simply bolting-combining, by means of an anchor body and a nut, the upper surfaces and the bottom surfaces of the unit body concrete structures, which are stacked when a unit body concrete house in multi layers is constructed by stacking the unit concrete structure on a foundation floor. A construction period can be significantly reduced by installing a mold in a site and constructing a culvert house by directly assembling a concrete structure consisting of a unit body without placing concrete in the installed mold. Also, it is possible to significantly improve work efficiency by simplifying the house construction and reducing the construction period at the same time, and allowing the connection work to be simply performed by stacking a concrete structure consisting of a unit body.
L'invention concerne un procédé de construction pour empiler une structure à corps unitaire d'une maison en béton. Le procédé selon l'invention peut considérablement améliorer la durabilité ainsi que l'aptitude au support solide de structures en béton à corps unitaires qui sont empilées en couches multiples, par simple assemblage par boulonnage, au moyen d'un corps d'ancrage et d'un écrou, des surfaces supérieures et des surfaces inférieures des structures en béton à corps unitaires, qui sont empilées lors de la construction d'une maison en béton à corps unitaires en couches multiples par empilement de la structure en béton unitaire sur un sol de fondation. La durée de construction peut être considérablement réduite en installant un moule dans un site et en construisant une maison à ponceau par assemblage direct d'une structure en béton constituée d'un corps unitaire sans placer de béton dans le moule installé. En outre, il est possible de considérablement améliorer le rendement en simplifiant la construction de la maison et en réduisant simultanément la durée de construction, et en permettant d'effectuer simplement les travaux d'assemblage en empilant une structure en béton constituée d'un corps unitaire.
본 발명은 콘크리트 주택의 단위체 구조물 적층 시공방법이 개시되는 것으로, 기초바닥위에 단위체 콘크리트 구조물을 적층하여 다층으로 단위체 콘크리트 주택을 시공할 때 적층되는 단위체 콘크리트 구조물들의 상면과 바닥면을 간단하게 앙카체와 너트에 의한 볼팅결합하여 줌으로써 다층으로 적층되는 단위체 콘크리트 구조물들의 견고한 지지성은 물론 내구성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며 현장에서의 거푸집 설치와 설치된 거푸집에 콘크리트를 타설하지 않고 단위체로 이루어진 콘크리트 구조물을 직접 조립하여 암거주택을 시공함으로써 공사기간을 크게 단축시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 주택시공의 단순화와 함께 공사기간의 단축은 물론 단위체로 이루어진 콘크리트 구조물의 적층에 의한 연결작업이 간단하게 이루어지도록 하여 작업효율성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.
