The present invention consists of a mixture, in a certain ratio, of cement, foamed polyurethane powder, a water-reducing agent, a thickener, a surfactant and water. Particularly, the present invention can increase self-leveling performance and compression strength even without a separate additional element by limiting the density, fineness and autoclave expansion of the cement and limiting the fineness modulus and density of the foamed polyurethane powder.
La présente invention concerne un mélange, dans un certain rapport, de ciment, de poudre de mousse de polyuréthane, d'un agent réducteur d'eau, d'un épaississant, d'un tensioactif et d'eau. En particulier, la présente invention permet d'augmenter la performance d'auto-nivelage et la résistance à la compression, même sans élément supplémentaire distinct en limitant la densité, la finesse et l'expansion à l'autoclave du ciment et en limitant le module de finesse et la densité de la poudre de mousse de polyuréthane.
본 발명은 시멘트, 발포 폴리우레탄 분말, 감수제, 증점제, 계면활성제와 물이 특정 혼합비로 혼합되어 구성되며, 특히 시멘트의 밀도, 분말도, 오토클레이브 팽창도가 한정되고, 발포 폴리우레탄 분말의 조립률, 밀도가 한정됨으로써 별도의 추가 구성 없이도 셀프 레벨링 성능 및 압축 강도를 높일 수 있도록 되어 있다.
