CERAMIC HONEYCOMB FILTER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Provided is a ceramic honeycomb filter characterized by having: a ceramic honeycomb structure comprising cordierite and having a plurality of flow channels formed by porous partition walls; and sealing portions formed in prescribed flow channels of the honeycomb structure, the sealing portions comprising ceramic particles and an amorphous oxide matrix present between the ceramic particles, and the area ratio A1 of the amorphous oxide matrix in a range 1/3 × t from one end and the area ratio A2 of the amorphous oxide matrix in a range 1/3 × t from the other end of each sealing portion along the axial length in a cross section of the sealing portion satisfies the expression 1/2 ≤ A1/A2 ≤ 2 (where t is the width of the sealing portion).
L'invention concerne un filtre à nid d'abeilles en céramique caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte : une structure en nid d'abeilles céramique comprenant de la cordiérite et comportant une pluralité de canaux d'écoulement formés par des parois de séparation poreuses ; et des parties d'étanchéité formées dans des canaux d'écoulement prescrits de la structure en nid d'abeilles, les parties d'étanchéité comprenant des particules céramiques et une matrice d'oxyde amorphe présente entre les particules céramiques, et le rapport de surface A1 de la matrice d'oxyde amorphe dans une plage de 1/3 × t à partir d'une extrémité et le rapport de surface A2 de la matrice d'oxyde amorphe dans une plage de 1/3 × t à partir de l'autre extrémité de chaque partie d'étanchéité le long de la longueur axiale dans une coupe transversale de la partie d'étanchéité satisfait l'expression 1/2 ≤ A1/A2 ≤ 2 (où t est la largeur de la partie d'étanchéité).
