Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schichtstoff (1), insbesondere zur Herstellung einer Baustoffplatte, bestehend aus einem Verbund aus wenigstens einer Trägermaterialschicht (2) aus einem nicht brennbaren, mit einem Kunstharz (3) imprägnierten Vliesstoff (4), und wenigstens einer Dekormaterialschicht (5) aus einem mit Melaminformaldehydharz (6) imprägnierten, gegebenenfalls gefärbten und/oder bedruckten Dekorpapier (7). Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Schichtstoffes (1) und insbesondere einer Baustoffplatte.
The invention relates to a laminate (1), in particular for manufacturing a construction panel, consisting of a combination of at least one carrier material layer (2) made of a non-flammable non-woven (4) impregnated with a resin (3) and at least one decorative material layer (5) made of a decorative paper (7) that is impregnated with a melamine formaldehyde resin (6) and is optionally dyed and/or printed. The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a disclosed laminate (1) and especially a construction panel.
La présente invention concerne un matériau stratifié (1), destiné en particulier à la fabrication d'une plaque de matériau de construction, comprenant un composite d'une ou de plusieurs couches de matériau de support (2) constituées d'un non-tissé (4) ininflammable imprégné d'une résine (3), et d'une ou de plusieurs couches de matière décorative (5) comprenant un papier décoratif (7) imprégné d'une résine mélamine-formaldéhyde (6), le cas échéant coloré et/ou imprimé. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau stratifié (1) de l'invention et en particulier d'une plaque de matériau de construction.
