The present invention relates to a concrete culvert house, and comprises: a foundation bed constructed and positioned on the ground; a first concrete unit body placed on the upper surface of the foundation bed; and a second concrete unit body placed on the upper surface of the first concrete unit body, wherein the invention further includes: a first fixing body for connecting and fixing the foundation bed and the first concrete unit body; a second fixing body for connecting and fixing the first concrete unit body and the second concrete unit body; coupling groove portions and first reinforcing bodies, which are bent along the coupling groove portions, respectively provided at both upper ends of the first concrete unit body; coupling protrusion portions and second reinforcing bodies, which are bent along the coupling protrusion portions, respectively provided at the lower end of the second concrete unit body such that the coupling protrusion portions are fitted into the coupling groove parts; and a finishing body for finishing the outer surfaces of the first concrete unit body and the second concrete unit body, which is stacked on the first concrete unit body.
