FLAME-RETARDANT FLOOR MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
The present invention relates to a flame-retardant floor material and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a flame-retardant floor material, which has a balance layer forming an important portion of the floor material and made of a PVB material and is thus cheap while having a flame-retardant property, and a method for manufacturing the same. The flame-retardant floor material of the present invention comprises: a plain weave layer; a PVB balance layer laminated on the plain weave layer; a dimension reinforcing layer laminated on the PVB balance layer, using an adhesive agent interposed therebetween; a printing layer laminated on the dimension reinforcing layer; and a transparent PVC layer laminated on the printing layer.
La présente invention concerne un matériau de revêtement sol ignifuge et son procédé de fabrication et, plus spécifiquement, un matériau de revêtement de sol ignifuge qui possède une couche d'équilibrage formant une partie importante du matériau de revêtement de sol et constituée d'un matériau à base de PVB de sorte à réduire le coût tout en présentant une propriété ignifugeante, et son procédé de fabrication. Ledit matériau de revêtement de sol ignifuge comprend : une couche tissée unie ; une couche d'équilibrage à base de PVB stratifiée sur la couche tissée unie ; une couche de renforcement de dimension stratifiée sur la couche d'équilibrage à base de PVB, au moyen d'un agent adhésif interposé entre celles-ci ; une couche d'impression stratifiée sur la dimension couche de renforcement de dimension ; et une couche de PVC transparente stratifiée sur la couche d'impression.
본 발명은 난연성 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 바닥재의 주요부분을 이루는 발란스층을 PVB 소재로 형성하여 가격은 저렴하면서 난연성을 갖는 난연성 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 난연성 바닥재는, 평직층; 상기 평직층 상부에 적층되는 PVB 발란스층; 상기 PVB 발란스층 상부에 접착제를 매개로 적층되는 치수보강층; 상기 치수보강층 상부에 적층되는 인쇄층; 및 상기 인쇄층 상부에 적층되는 투명PVC층; 을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
