METHOD FOR FILLING INSULATION MATERIAL USING ADDITIONAL FOAMING, AND ARCHITECTURAL FRAME FILLED WITH INSULATION MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a method for filling an insulation material using additional foaming, and an architectural frame filled with an insulation material produced by the method. The method for filling an insulation material using additional foaming provided in the present invention, which is a method for filling an insulation material inside a frame, comprises: an insulation material preparation step for preparing the insulation material made of a foam molded product smaller than a hollow portion of the frame to be filled with the insulation material; a moisture adding step for adding moisture to the surface of the insulation material; an insulation material insertion step for inserting the moisture-added insulation material into the hollow portion of the frame; and an additional foaming expansion step for heating the frame into which the insulation material is inserted so as to perform additional foaming, inside the frame, of the insulation material made of the foam molded product, and expand the insulation material.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de remplissage d'un matériau d'isolation à l'aide d'un moussage supplémentaire, et un cadre architectural rempli d'un matériau d'isolation produit par le procédé. Le procédé de remplissage d'un matériau d'isolation à l'aide d'un moussage supplémentaire selon la présente invention, qui est un procédé de remplissage d'un matériau d'isolation à l'intérieur d'un cadre, comprend : une étape de préparation de matériau d'isolation permettant de préparer le matériau d'isolation constitué d'un produit moulé en mousse plus petit qu'une partie creuse du cadre destinée à être remplie avec le matériau d'isolation ; une étape d'ajout d'humidité permettant d'ajouter de l'humidité à la surface du matériau d'isolation ; une étape d'insertion de matériau d'isolation permettant d'insérer le matériau d'isolation à humidité ajoutée dans la partie creuse du cadre ; et une étape d'expansion à moussage supplémentaire permettant le chauffage du cadre dans lequel le matériau d'isolation est inséré de façon à exécuter un moussage supplémentaire, à l'intérieur du cadre, du matériau d'isolation constitué du produit moulé en mousse, et l'expansion du matériau d'isolation.
