Die Erfindung betrifft ein ein Befestigungselement zum Befestigen eines Verkleidungselements an einer Gebäudewand, mit einem Dübel (10), der in ein Bohrloch in der Gebäudewand einführbar ist, einem am Dübel (10) angeordneten Halteteller (30) zum Halten des Verkleidungselements am Befestigungselement, und einem Haltebolzen (40), welcher zum Aufspreizen des Dübels (10) und Fixieren des Dübels (10) im Bohrloch in den Dübel (10) einführbar ist. Erfindungsgemäss ist vorgesehen, dass der Halteteller (30) und/oder der Haltebolzen (40) als brandgeschütztes Element ausgebildet ist, welches zumindest bereichsweise ein Brandschutzmaterial aufweist und/oder damit ummantelt ist, wobei das Brandschutzmaterial ein ablatives Material, ein intumeszierendes Material und/oder ein thermisch isolierendes Material ist.

L'invention concerne un élément de fixation permettant de fixer un élément de parement sur un mur de bâtiment, comportant une cheville (10) qui peut être introduite dans un trou foré dans le mur de bâtiment, une rondelle de retenue (30) agencée au niveau de la cheville (10) et servant à maintenir l'élément de parement sur l'élément de fixation, et une tige de retenue (40) qui peut être introduite dans la cheville (10) pour réaliser l'expansion de la cheville (10) et l'immobilisation de la cheville (10) dans le trou foré. Selon l'invention, la rondelle de retenue (30) et/ou la tige de retenue (40) sont réalisées sous la forme d'un élément ignifuge qui présente au moins par endroits un matériau ignifuge et/ou qui en est enrobé, le matériau ignifuge étant un matériau ablatif, un matériau intumescent et/ou un matériau d'isolation thermique.
