VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINER FAHRBAHNPLATTE FÜR EINE BRÜCKE
Das Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Fahrbahnplatte (1) mit untenliegenden Fertigteilplatten (2) und einer darüber angeordneten Aufbetonschicht (3) für eine Brücke (4) umfasst die folgenden Arbeitsschritte: - Ausbildung von Auflagerkonstruktionen (15) an der Oberseite (32) der Brückenlängsträger (5); - Montage eines Wagens (27) auf den Auflagerkonstruktionen (15); - Bewegung des Wagens (27) in Längsrichtung der Brücke (4) zu einem Montageplatz (42); - Befestigung von Fertigteilplatten in überhöhter Lage an den unteren Endpunkten (13) der Zugglieder (11); - Bewegung des Wagens zum vorgesehenen Einbauort (43) der Fertigteilplatten (2); - Absenken der Fertigteilplatten (2) auf einen Brückenlängsträger (5); - Aufbringen einer bewehrten Aufbetonschicht (3) aus Ortbeton auf den Fertigteilplatten (2) und - Lösen der Befestigung der unteren Endpunkte (13) der Zugglieder (11) nach dem Erhärten der Aufbetonschicht (3).
The invention relates to a method for producing a roadway plate (1) having finished-part plates (2) at the bottom and a top concrete layer (3) arranged thereover for a bridge (4), which method comprises the following steps: forming support structures (15) on the top side (32) of the bridge longitudinal beams (5); mounting a cart (27) on the support structures (15); moving the cart (27) in the longitudinal direction of the bridge (4) to a mounting place (42); fastening finished-part plates in an excessively raised position at the lower end points (13) of the tension members (11); moving the cart to the intended installation location (43) of the finished-part plates (2); lowering the finished-part plates (2) onto a bridge longitudinal beam (5); applying a reinforced top concrete layer (3) composed of in-situ concrete to the finished-part plates (2), and releasing the fastening of the lower end points (13) of the tension members (11) after the top concrete layer (3) has hardened.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une dalle de tablier (1), sous laquelle sont situées des plaques préfabriquées (2) et sur laquelle est agencée une couche supérieure de béton (3), pour un pont (4). Le procédé comprend les étapes de travail suivantes : - la formation de structures d'appui (15) sur la face supérieure (32) des supports longitudinaux de pont (5) ; - le montage d'un chariot (27) sur les structures d'appui (15) ; - le déplacement du chariot (27) dans la direction longitudinale du pont (4) vers un emplacement de montage (42) ; - la fixation de plaques préfabriquées dans une position surélevée aux extrémités inférieures (13) des organes de traction (11) ; - le déplacement du chariot au site de montage (43) prévu des plaques préfabriquées (2) ; - l'abaissement des plaques préfabriquées (2) sur un support longitudinal de pont (5) ; - l'application d'une couche supérieure de béton armé (3) faite de béton coulé sur place sur les plaques préfabriquées (2) et - la libération de la fixation des points d'extrémité inférieurs (13) des organes de traction (11) une fois la couche supérieure de béton (3) durcie.
