VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINER FAHRBAHNPLATTE FÜR EINE BRÜCKE
Das Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauabschnitts einer Fahrbahnplatte für eine Brücke umfasst die folgenden Arbeitsschritte: - Herstellung einer aus mindestens einem Teilstück (17) bestehenden untenliegenden Schicht (2) mit Querbalken (21), die im Wesentlichen in Querrichtung zur Längsachse des Brückenlängsträgers (5) angeordnet werden, aus bewehrtem Beton; - Transport der untenliegenden Schicht (2) mit den Querbalken (21) für einen Bauabschnitt der Fahrbahnplatte (1) unter Einsatz einer Verfahreinrichtung (10) von einem Montageplatz (31) zu einem Einbauort (32) und Absenken in die Einbaulage; - Herstellen einer Aufbetonschicht (3) für einen Bauabschnitt der Fahrbahnplatte (1) auf der untenliegenden Schicht (2); - Lösen der untenliegenden Schicht (2) mit den Querbalken (21) für einen Bauabschnitt der Fahrbahnplatte (1) von der Verfahreinrichtung (10) und Wegbewegen der Verfahreinrichtung (10) vom Einbauort (32).
The method for producing a structural part of a roadway deck for a bridge comprises the following working steps: - producing, from reinforced concrete, a bottom layer (2) consisting of at least one portion (17) and having cross-beams (21) which are arranged substantially transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the longitudinal bridge girder (5); - transporting the bottom layer (2) with the cross-beams (21) for a structural part of the roadway deck (1) from an assembly site (31) to an installation location (32) by means of a traversing device (10), and lowering the bottom layer and cross-beam into the installation position; - producing a top concrete layer (3) for a structural part of the roadway deck (1) on the bottom layer (2); - releasing the bottom layer (2) with the cross-beam (21) for a structural part of the roadway deck (1) from the traversing device (10) and moving the traversing device (10) away from the installation location (32).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une partie structurale d'un tablier de chaussée pour un pont, comprenant les étapes suivantes : production, à partir de béton armé, d'une couche inférieure (2) consistant en au moins une portion (17) et ayant des traverses (21) qui sont disposés sensiblement transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la poutre maîtresse de pont longitudinale (5) ; transport de la couche inférieure (2) avec les traverses (21) pour une partie structurale du tablier de chaussée (1) depuis un site d'assemblage (31) vers un lieu d'installation (32) au moyen d'un dispositif de déplacement (10), et abaissement de la couche inférieure et de la traverse dans la position d'installation ; production d'une couche de béton supérieure (3) pour une partie structurale du tablier de chaussée (1) sur la couche inférieure (2) ; libération, du dispositif de déplacement (10) de la couche inférieure (2) avec la traverse (21) pour une partie structurale du tablier de chaussée (1) et éloignement du dispositif de déplacement (10) du lieu d'installation (32).
