ADVERTISEMENT SIGNALLING INFORMATIVE DISPLAY APPARATUS
The invention relates to an advertisement signalling informative display apparatus (1) including a support structure (2) for supporting a display device (3) suspended substantially centrally above the road surface (4) of an intersection. This apparatus (1) will be used to advertise to stagnant traffic and simultaneously be a signalling apparatus synchronised with the relevant traffic lights at the intersection. The apparatus (1) containing conventional traffic lights (5) and electronic displays (6) will be connected to the controller of the intersection, by a programmed PLC. The controller containing the programmed PLC and other components will have an uninterrupted power supply UPS (13) that will back up the entire intersection and the apparatus (1). The programmed PLC communicates with the coded software, giving instruction to visuals appearing on the screens of the apparatus (1). The coded software will also be linked to an App, related website and other outlets, performing the continual fluctuated coding received from a control room executing desired actions.
L'invention concerne un appareil d'affichage d'informations de signalisation et publicitaires (1) comprenant une structure de support (2) destiné à servir de support à un dispositif d'affichage (3) suspendu de manière sensiblement centrale au-dessus de la chaussée (4) d'un carrefour. Ledit appareil (1) sera utilisé pour afficher des publicités à un trafic à l'arrêt et comme appareil de signalisation synchronisé avec les feux de circulation correspondants au niveau du carrefour. L'appareil (1) qui comprend des feux de circulation traditionnels (5) et des afficheurs électroniques (6) sera connecté au contrôleur du carrefour par un automate programmable industriel (API) programmé. Le contrôleur comprenant l'API programmé et d'autres composants sera équipé d'une alimentation sans coupure (UPS) (13) qui servira de système de secours pour l'ensemble du carrefour et l'appareil (1). L'API programmé communique avec le logiciel codé de manière à transmettre une instruction à des éléments visuels apparaissant sur les écrans de l'appareil (1). Le logiciel codé sera également relié à une application, à un site Web associé et à d'autres sorties, de manière à mettre en œuvre le codage continu fluctuant provenant d'une salle de contrôle exécutant les actions désirées.
