CONSTRUCTION PANEL AND METHOD FOR ITS MANUFACTURE
The present invention relates to construction panels with improved thermal performance, and to a simplified method of manufacture of construction panels. A construction panel according to the present invention and manufactured according to the method of the present invention, includes a frame (12), a backing (14) attached to said frame, and a foam layer (16C) contained in a recess defined by said frame and said backing layer. Insulating foam precursor liquid is applied to the recess when a panel is laid horizontally, enabling a substantially level foam layer main surface to form.
La présente invention concerne des panneaux de construction présentant des performances thermiques améliorées et un procédé simplifié de fabrication de panneaux de construction. Un panneau de construction selon la présente invention et fabriqué selon le procédé de la présente invention, comprend un cadre (12), un support (14) fixé sur ledit cadre et une couche de mousse (16C) contenue dans un creux défini par ledit cadre et ladite couche support. Un liquide précurseur de mousse isolante est appliqué dans le creux lorsqu'un panneau est posé horizontalement, ce qui permet la formation d'une surface principale de couche de mousse d'un niveau important.
