APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR JOINING TWO FLOOR SLABS MADE OF MOULDABLE MATERIAL
The application relates to an apparatus (100) for joining two floor slabs (300, 400) made of mouldable material, wherein • - the apparatus (100) comprises a first strip (111), a second strip (112) and a divider plate (120); • - the first strip (111) and the second strip (112) have an elongated shape; • no the first strip (111) is provided with anchors (113) for anchoring the first strip (111) to a first floor slab (300) made of mouldable material; • - the second strip (112) is provided with anchors (113) for anchoring the second strip (112) to a second floor slab (400) made of mouldable material; • - the divider plate (120) has an elongated shape; • - the height of the divider plate (120) is greater than the height of the first strip (111) or the second strip (112); • - the first strip (111) and the second strip (112) are provided with apertures (115) for receiving fixings (116) through the apertures (115) for fixing the first strip (111) with the second strip (112); and • - the divider plate (120) is adjustably clamped between the first strip (111) and the second strip (112) for allowing the adjustment of the vertical position of the divider plate (120) in relation to the first strip (111) and the second strip (112). The application also relates to a method for joining two floor slabs (300, 400) made of mouldable material.
