MORTAR COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, CONCRETE STRUCTURE, AND CONCRETE FRAMEWORK FOUNDATION ADJUSTING METHOD
This mortar composition comprises: an oil in water emulsion composition that includes a (meth)acrylate epoxy resin, a polymerizable unsaturated monomer, a cure accelerator, a reactive surfactant, and water; a curing agent; and an aggregate. This method for manufacturing the mortar composition includes: a step of mixing the (meth)acrylate epoxy resin, the polymerizable unsaturated monomer, the cure accelerator, and the reactive surfactant, then adding drops of water for phase inversion emulsification of the mixture in order to obtain the oil in water emulsion composition; and a step of combining and mixing the curing agent and the aggregate with the oil in water emulsion composition.
L'invention concerne une composition de mortier, comprenant : une composition sous forme d'émulsion d'huile dans l'eau qui comprend une résine de (méth)acrylate-époxyde, un monomère insaturé polymérisable, un accélérateur de prise, un tensioactif réactif et de l'eau ; un agent durcisseur ; et un granulat.
