HIGH-GRADE ASPHALT COMPOSITION HAVING WATERPROOF FUNCTION AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION USING SAME
The present invention relates to an asphalt composition and a construction method thereof, the asphalt composition comprising, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 40 to 80 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 20 to 60 parts by weight of a polymer resin; 10 to 50 parts by weight of a deformation inhibitor; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a filler; 5 to 30 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 5 to 10 parts by weight of a binder; 3 to 15 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; 5 to 20 parts by weight of fibers; and 2 to 20 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter. The high-grade asphalt composition according to the present invention has the effects of preventing water infiltration and potholes, reducing noise, and paving roads at low cost, while preventing plastic deformation, aging and/or peeling from easily occuring.
La présente invention concerne une composition d'asphalte et un procédé de construction associé, la composition d'asphalte comprenant, pour 100 parties en poids d'asphalte : 40 à 80 parties en poids de styrène isoprène styrène; de 20 à 60 parties en poids d'une résine polymère; de 10 à 50 parties en poids d'un inhibiteur de déformation; de 2 à 15 parties en poids d'une charge; de 5 à 30 parties en poids de nanoparticules de céramique; de 5 à 10 parties en poids d'un liant; de 3 à 15 parties en poids d'un antioxydant; de 1 à 10 parties en poids d'un stabilisant; de 5 à 20 parties en poids de fibres; et de 2 à 20 parties en poids d'un promoteur d'adhérence. La composition d'asphalte de grande qualité selon la présente invention a pour effet de prévenir les infiltrations d'eau et les nids de poule, de réduire le bruit et de constituer un revêtement pour la chaussée à faible coût, tout en empêchant les phénomènes de déformation plastique, de vieillissement et/ou de décollement de se produire facilement.
